How to Throw a Pitch
A pitcher can use different grips when holding the ball to throw at different speeds and make the ball spin in different ways. Here are examples of a fastball, curveball and a full bullpen with my teammates.
Step 1
Come set
From the stretch position, line up perpendicular to home plate, with your back foot lined up against the rubber on the mound. Bring your hands set together in front of your body.

Step 2
Lift Leg
Once set, lift your front knee towards your shoulder and keep your bottom foot sturdy and placed against the rubber on the mound.

Step 3
Stride
Once front leg is lifted, rotate your hips towards home plate and bring your throwing arm above your head while stretching your front leg towards home plate

Step 4
Throw ball
With your front leg extended and your throwing arm overhead, release the ball towards the catcher's glove

Step 5
Finish
Once the ball has been released, your back leg will spin around and you should land with both feet facing home plate and your waist bent.
You can view this motion from behind and from the front.
